Scope

This document provides guidelines on green manufacturing and lower carbon emission practices of oil and gas field equipment and materials related to green and lower carbon attributes, establishment, design, manufacturing, re-manufacturing, evaluation, management and labeling, et al.
This document is applicable to the practice of resource and energy saving, and lower carbon emission of the materials and equipment used in the process of energy development, production, transmission and use within the petroleum and natural gas industries, including petrochemical and lower carbon energy activities.
