This document specifies pre-slaughter requirements, operating procedures and requirements of duck slaughtering, storage and other requirements.This document is applicable to the slaughtering operation of meat ducks transported to an abattoir on a commercial scale. For some categories of ducks (e.g. ducklets, breeding ducks, liver-producing ducks), other operating procedures can be applied.
