Scope

This document aims to specify a high-level information model for dispensing record for decocted herbal medicinal preparations using decoction pieces
This document describes a concept model for dispensing record of decocted herbal preparations and specifies the attributes and properties.
The purpose of this information model is to facilitate the collection, transmission, storage and exchange of dispensing records and to increase interoperability.
It does not include the following.
- Generation and management of controlled vocabulary and codes
- Specific clinical information such as patient information and medication information
- Drug identification and monitoring of information
