Scope

This document gives guidelines for the self-assessment questionnaire systems to assist health authorities in the management of pandemics including clinical and epidemiological research in relation to pandemic disease such as COVID-19. The document includes the following:
- architecture and components of the self-assessment questionnaire systems
- administering and managing the self-assessment questionnaire systems
The annexes describe how the self-assessment questionnaire systems can be used for COVID-19.
