Scope

This document specifies methods for evaluating the stability of fine ceramic and fine ceramic/metal multilayer coatings against the exposure to the corrosive environments, where such coatings have a thickness of up to approximately 1 µm and are deposited on a substrate or a base, including a thin substrate or a very thin organic polymer film base.
