Optics and optical instruments — Field procedures for testing geodetic and surveying instruments — Part 10: UAV photogrammetry systems

Scope

This part of ISO 17123 specifies field procedures for the determination and evaluation of the precision of UAV photogrammetry systems and their ancillary equipment when used in building construction, civil engineering, surveying, industrial measurements, agriculture applications, disaster reporting and others.
Primarily, these tests are intended to be field verification of the suitability of a particular instrument system for the immediate task at hand and to satisfy the requirements of other standards. They are not proposed as tests for performance evaluation which are more comprehensive in nature.
