Scope

This document specifies requirements and corresponding test methods for nanoscale diamond for reinforcing polymer composites in either powder or suspension form.
It is not suitable for the nanoscale crystalline diamond defined in 3.3.
Note: the surface of the particle should have enough functional groups to allow it be bonded to the matrix.
