Scope

This proposal is for an ISO international standard with guidance for managing conflict of interest (COI) in organizations, including definitions, principles, and procedures to identify, manage and resolve conflict of interests.
The proposed standard will be applicable to organizations of all sizes in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
