Scope

The method is applicable to chromium ores with iron content of 0,5 to 32 % (m/m). Should be read in conjunction with ISO 6629. Specifies principle, reagents, apparatus, sampling and samples, procedure and expression of results. Includes a warning to the dangers involved in the use of perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
