The Label Assessment Programme is based on requirements of mandatory standards
To ensure full compliance with the labelling regulations the Compliance Department of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards offers an assessment service which examines your labels for accuracy and efficiency.
Review of labels for compliance & accuracy and identify non-compliant labels within 3 working days Provide a detailed assessment report identifying label non conformities Share expertise and provide technical assistance for labelling. Contact you by phone or email to discuss changes as soon as possible.
A completed Application for Approval of Labels for your product(s) Application for Approval of Labels form. A sample of the product label should be submitted by fax, emailed as a scanned document or delivered in person. Possible results: Denied – too many things are wrong. Provisional – product is not yet on the market or approved as modified ” – your label has been approved, but you must make changes.
